How do I know if God is real?
This is not just a question about proof.
It is a question that rises…
When what we have been told
Does not feel certain anymore.
There are ideas.
Beliefs.
Things we have heard and learned.
But something in us asks:
Is it true?
Not in theory.
Not in what others say.
But in what can be known.
Because belief can exist…
Without certainty.
And words can be repeated…
Without recognition.
So the question forms:
How do I know?
Is there something that can be seen?
Something that can be felt?
Something that is not just learned…
But encountered?
We often look for answers outside ourselves.
Arguments.
Evidence.
Explanations.
Trying to settle the question from a distance.
But the question itself feels closer than that.
It does not stay in ideas.
It moves inward.
Into the quiet places.
Into the places where we are most honest.
And there…
The question changes.
Not only:
How do I know if God is real?
But:
If He is real…
Would I recognize Him?
Because there are moments…
Where something stirs within.
Not loud.
Not overwhelming.
But real.
A sense.
A pull.
A recognition that is difficult to explain.
And just as quickly…
It can be questioned.
Doubted.
Set aside.
Because it does not come as certainty.
It comes as something quieter.
Something that invites…
Rather than proves.
And slowly…
The question shifts again.
Not into argument…
But into awareness.
What if knowing…
Is not something forced?
What if it is something recognized?
Not all at once.
Not beyond question.
But in moments.
In glimpses.
In something that feels true
Before it is explained.
And even then…
Not fully held.
But not absent.
And something in us remains open…
Not because everything is proven…
But because something real
May already be nearer
Than we expected.

You are asking something real.
You are not alone in asking.
• Why does God allow suffering?
• Why does faith become difficult?
• What does it mean to be in Christ?
• Is God in control of everything?
• Why does God feel distant?
• Why do I feel disconnected from God?
• Why do prayers feel unanswered? • Why do I doubt God?
• Why do I feel far from God?
• Why doesn’t God answer me?
